If you receive your order and we have made a mistake, your order is damaged or incomplete, we will be happy to either fix our mistake and replace your order or provide you with a full refund.

We cannot refund orders where a customer has made a mistake on the spelling of a name or has made a wrong design choice. We encourage you to double check your orders prior to submission.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
