What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard as well as PayPal.

I noticed I was charged an international transaction fee when I paid with my credit card.  Why is that?

Some credit card companies charge international transaction fees for international orders.  It is not a charge originating from Belongz 2 Me Labels but rather from your credit card company.  You will need to contact your credit card company to discuss these charges.

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the items purchased and the region in which you reside.  Please consult the chart below for more information regarding shipping to your region.  


Is your online shopping secure?

Absolutely!  Belongz 2 Me Labels uses SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect the security of your credit card and personal information when shopping on our site.  Every page in the ordering process uses SSL, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.  

 What is your refund policy?

At Belongz 2 Me Labels we strive to provide you with high quality products and exemplary customer service.  If we have made a mistake, or your product arrives incomplete or damaged, we will either make the correction and replace your order or provide you with a full refund.

within 10 business days of receiving your order. No exchanges or refunds will be provided after 10 business days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

You must be able to provide proof of purchase.

We cannot refund orders where a customer has made a mistake on the spelling of a name or has made a wrong design choice.  We encourage you to double check your orders prior to submission.

Can I personalize label packages with multiple names?

Each package purchased can have only one name.  Additional packages or add-ons can be purchased for addition names.  

What if my child’s name won’t fit on the label?

 What material are the labels made from?

Our labels are made from high quality, thin vinyl with industrial strength adhesive.  There is also a thin layer of lamination on top of the label for added durability.  

 My child has sensitive skin, are Belongz 2 Me labels safe?

Our products are made with high quality materials with a thin lamination so there is no direct contact with ink to the skin.  

Labels should never be applied directly to skin.

Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

If an order has been received, but not yet processed, certain changes may be possible.  However, if the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.  Contact us at customercare@belongz2me.com for assistance.

I do not live in Canada or the United States, can I still order from Belongz2Me.com?

Absolutely!  Our labels can be shipped worldwide, please contact us at our Customer Care Department at customercare@belongz2me.com and we will be happy to assist you.  

How old do you have to be to place an order with Belongz2Me.com?

Everyone is welcome to visit and explore our online store.  In order to make a purchase, you must be the age of majority in the Province or State in which you reside.  Anyone under the age of majority, we ask that you get permission from your parent or guardian before shopping.

Can I provide my own logo or artwork for my labels?
